Our RV sites offer exceptional value with affordable rent, including all amenities, unless otherwise noted. We’re a charming RV park on the river, with complete access to the Delta. We have a fishing dock for residents only.
A minimum stay of three months is required of all residents and utilities are separate. You can submit your residency application through our park manager.

Located on the beautiful Mokelumne River, there are excellent fishing and boating opportunities. For boat owners, we offer dock space for rent with daily boat launches available. Please call for rates and availability.
We offer monthly uncovered berthing for side tie docking. The rate is $10/foot per month. Electricity is available. We do not allow live-aboards.
Launch Fees:
Boat, truck/trailer – $20 per day
Kayak, no trailer – $10 per day
Car only (Please park at top of levy) – $5 per day
